Being a husband and dad to our daughters has shaped so much of who I am and what matters most to me. Family is at the center of my life, and starting 43 Two has given me an opportunity to build something meaningful with them in mind.
My years as a firefighter have given me the opportunity to serve people during some of their most difficult moments. They've taught me the importance of showing up for others, leading with compassion, and understanding that the way you treat someone can make all the difference. Those are lessons I carry with me, and they're a big part of the heart behind 43 Two.
